I want to take a moment to today to offer my thoughts to the folks in the Midwest who are reeling under yet another blow by deadly tornadoes, the AP reports.
My hope is that amid our national - or international - offerings of feelings about the tragedy of the Titanic 100 years ago today, we do not forget the people who are facing difficult and life-threatening situations now.
We should remember tragedies of the past, recognize how they changed the world, and consider how we help others as the world changes now.
